I was born in Pasadena, Texas and lived there many years. My father sold and maintained car washes in the Houston area and I tagged along as a youngster. I moved to Burnet, Texas in my high school years where I attended Burnet High School. I moved to Lampasas where I have lived for the last 41 years. I have always been in sales, it was a good fit for me and I've done well. I opened my portable building lot at 8235 E Hwy190 in 2015. Originally as a Graceland Portable Building dealer and then a Stor Mor dealer. We are passionate about good customer service and selling quality products....

Custom ordered buildings will vary based on manufacturing shops' current lead times for new builds. Once fully constructed and inspected, a driver will call to schedule your delivery.

How long until I receive my building?
If a building is purchased from a sales lot and already built, the delivery average is 5-10 business days after purchase. If the building is a custom build coming from one of our manufacturing shops, the delivery average varies to encompass the time it takes to build the product.

Do I need to have a building permit?
It is up to the customer to get the required permits prior to placing an order. Please check with your state, county, city, and HOA for regulations or permit requirements for portable buildings. You should be aware of any setbacks and right of ways on the property. If we have to move a building for any reason, additional charges will incurred.
