There is a small 2.5 inch square hole cut in the floor which affects absolutely nothing in the serviceability of this great building. Remember - this is a STOR-MOR PORTABLE BUILDINGS unit built to hold up to the most rigorous use! The floor is made up of 2 treated 4x6 skids to keep it high and dry - treated 2x6 joists spaced at 16 inch centers for strength - and 5/8 inch SmartGuard flooring infused with Zinc Borate to repel insects, waxes and resins to deter molds and mildew, and an overlay to add water resistance. The walls are real 2x4 studs spaced at 16 inch centers with double studs every 4 feet, in the corners, and around the door opening. It also has a double top plate with HURRICANE screws driven through the top plate into the ends of every truss! The roof is made of 2x4 trusses spaced at 24 inch centers then decked with premium OSB decking and topped with 29 Gauge MetalMax Steel Roofing - this combination of workmanship gives this building a wind load rating of 160 MILES PER HOUR!! ⬅️ no box store building can do that! If you were to have this built new you would pay $4,130 plus tax but this repo with its tiny imperfection is only $3,499!!! That is a $631 savings!
