If a building is purchased from a sales lot and already built, the delivery average is 5-10 business days after purchase. If the building is a custom build coming from one of our manufacturing shops, the delivery average varies to encompass the time it takes to build the product.
It is up to the customer to get the required permits prior to placing an order. Please check with your state, county, city, and HOA for regulations or permit requirements for portable buildings. You should be aware of any setbacks and right of ways on the property. If we have to move a building for any reason, additional charges will incurred.
